The Arts Council of Westerville and Westerville Public Library are now accepting applications for their 18th annual Celebrate the Arts Writing Contest.
Writers of all ages will have works published with an opportunity to earn awards, prizes, and be honored at a reception.
DEADLINE TO APPLY: FRIDAY, MARCH 1st.
